Top sash guide and window Chanel balance for a Viking window. BSI 2930 part number

This is the bottom seal of my windows. I need to replace because parts were cut at improper lengths. The "T" slides into a channel at the bottom of the window and is solid plastic. Do you have any recommendations?

Need as soon as possible

Sliding door latch won't operate without manually pulling latch out before locking. Looks like small spring inside broke off. Any idea on where to locate this part? Dan

From my research, and I may be wrong, this is a metal parting bead...it seperates the top and bottom sash, is the height of the window, and has a channel that a piece of metal attached to the back of the lower sash slides in.

the wheel itself is 1 3/16" in diameter.

I have no idea the maker of the window. They are 22 years old. The pivot shoe is 1 1/4 wide, 2 1/4 high, 1/2 inch thick. Has a number 590CSB on it. What part number should I order?
