There are two single wheels on this door. Glass has marking that is "Gardian" any idea what rollers I need and how to remove them?

I need a replacement for window channel balance. The length measurement is 31 5/8" (just the metal part). The balance width is 5/8" (or about 9/16"). The stamp on the balance is 31DS PL45 BSI.Can you please provide the link to the replacement part?

Can you show me a video of how to replace the balance & window after repairing the balance.

It's the shoe and the upper coil. The upper piece says parent number 6,978,169 and is 1.25 inches wide. I don't see any markings on the shoe, unfortunately.
