The lock has broken and I handle broke too I cannot put a key in it and the Windsor sliding door do they not have any pots so if you guys can replace it with something that's compatible would appreciate it if you could get back to us thank you

I have a window balance that snapped where the spring attaches to the pulley at the top. Photo one shows a good balance (has a balance show attached) from the same window along side the broken one. Can't you help me identify this bar hinge ? The long rail is 7 5/8 plus minus. The other is 5 1/4". That's the entire length. On center it's approximately 4 5/8ths. Thank you Renzo mrscreenman
