As you can see the plastic pieces are broke. I cannot see any ID numbers on them. The only reference I can find is on the metal track that says 26 1 BSI

This fell off of one side of a double hung window and broke. I need to figure out how to get a replacement part.

This is from a ALENCO window from 1996. It has B.S.I. 2430 stamped on it. The metal portion measures 25 inches end to end NOT including any plastic. Both sides are broken so would need 2. Dont know if any other parts are attached or broken that I would need to make the repair other clips or someth ... (cont.)

Channel metal is 20 5/8 Depth is 5/8 Channel width 9/16 Number on back is 2040 Total length with plastic parts in 22"

Trying to locate the tilt release for a window. Releases window so window can tilt. No name on window. Part has Pat. # 5.139.291

There are no screws attaching the rollers to the frame.

I need to replace four window balances. From what I can find, they are from Gienow windows and measure 26" long (not including the plastic pieces). I just want to be sure that I order the correct ones with hopefully the right end pieces. Thanks, Joe.

This is for a customer, so I don't have photos of the internals. If necessary, I can get photos. These are windows in a home that is about 10 years old.

The piece I am looking to replace is the clip that goes into the metal track.

Hi! I'm trying to replace the plastic pin caps on my mid 1970s home. The only label found refers to the doors as "model C". I bought Swisco part Bifold Door Pin Cap 21-111, but it seems the pin is a bit wider than the cap and it won't slide in. The new cap's length is fine. What other cap can I use ... (cont.)

This is the only number I could find. It is on the glass: CTG Tempered 16CFR 1201 11 SGCC 1921 1/8UA ANSI Z97.1-2004

They are both 1/2" coils that (by eyeballing it) look the same. I do not know what weight to choose. The top coil has CL stamped on it and the bottom coil has B stamped on it
