Need help identifying window channel balance replacement for non-tilt Rollyson aluminum windows. My larger/wider windows have a 27 4 FL Caldwell stamp on the existing channel balances. The narrower windows have a 27 4 EL Caldwell stamp on them. Both channel balances are 28" long and 1/2" wide. W ... (cont.)

I have a window that won't slide at all -- but it will tilt. I believe it's because one of my pivot lock shoes has sprung its spring: I can see a coil of hardware on top of it that seems to be aligned with the window frame in the working shoe. This is the inside door handle that appears to be made from aluminum it has a 5-1/8" mounting distance. The latch handle is 2-5/8" from the mounting hole which is centered between the mounting bolts

both cranks have failed. crank handles are stamped 'semco' inside plastic cover of handle is stamped 'TRUTH' with home icon gear box in window that I can see stamped 'Made in U.S.A. ' notsure how I get at removing gear box? any tips?
