I pulled out a broken tilt latch out of my window. Its casing is 11/16" by 2-21/32". It has a big "R" with the number "26" underneath on its back. The stile snap shows the number "96". The color is a beige-ish white.

I need 2 channel balances for a single hung window, non tilt, 1/2" channel width, 27" length metal piece. The spring inside is 13". The channel balance has a marking 26 - 4. It is for a vinyl window that the builder installed in a new house in 2008 in San Diego CA.
