Although I found other parts I need on your site, I could not find this one. Do you have it?

I put the window back together thinking I would be buying springs and cord, so I never measured the whole balance. The window is a Peachtree Ariel. The sash is 22" wide and 26" tall. the spring is 1/2" od 11 1/8" long including loops, and spring wire is 5/64" thick. it is a G2388, type A. I think I ... (cont.)

I have several of these window frame clips that have broken and I'd like to replace them. They are for vinyl, tilt basement windows. These clips push in but I can't seem to find them anywhere. All of the clips I've found use a screw to hold them in place and that's not what we have in our windows ... (cont.)

look at figure that has the patent # and notice that the two ends are not the same: one side is missing a snap in holder.

13/16" x 5/16" hard plastic piece that apparently works to make 20" soft close drawer sliders stay closed. Sterling is stamped on the side of the slider. Drawers are part of my kitchen cabinets.

the window is etched: Pella -p arg,Insulated shield, Igmac #1-00 the seal is 5/8 wide. the barb is about 3/16 long. the barb press fits into a channel cut into window. the pic shows a deformed seal in one of my windows.

Hi, I have looked on your site and can't find what I need. Our casement windows have this Semco crank, one has broken so that the screw piece at the end will not go back into the cover piece to open and close the window. Could you help me find the correct crank handle for my window? The 39-012 hole pattern is correct, but the arm on my crank is shorter than the one on the 39-012. I have attached photos for your reference. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

We are looking for screen corners to match this corner. We do not know the manufacturer of the screen. It measures as follows: Length tip to tip: 2 1/8" (incl. Corner square: 3/4") Width (incl. teeth) side to side: 5/8" Do you have anything like this?

Hi, we need all replacement pieces for this window, (both side pieces with springs(including rollers (tiny white wheels) We need to order more wheels for our other windows as well.

I did not see any numbers on the coil for reference.
