I have thermal pane Portland glass windows and found that one of them has a damaged shuttle for the counterweight spring assembly. Do you have items like that or have a suggestion of who I can contact ? Thanks , * Jon

The entire hinge probably needs to be replaced. The lid is heavy and the small bolt holding the Hong to the fitting on the chest snapped.

This latch came off of a Viking sliding screen door. The locking part is missing. I would like to replace it with a white one but if you have it in black, that is OK. Thanks

I need to replace the block and tackle balances on three windows. The channels are 28" long and 3/4" wide. I would also like to replace the plastic piece that the window sits in at the bottom of the balance. The manufacturer is Florida Extruders International

The crank operator for my awning style window no longer works. The locks on the side say Bonneville, and the operator arm says TRUTH (I think).
