Hi,Our 57in tall windows need some replacement channels. They are over 9 year old windows and I am unsure the make. I need replacements for 4 windows in total as those 4 will not stay up anymore. All windows are tilting windows.Thank you,Todd

Hello, I am trying to locate some replacement parts for Simonton Vinyl double hung windows. A lot of the cam bars have broken so I may as well replace the other parts since I have to take the windows out right??

I want to replace the inside and outside patio door handles. The locking mechanism works fine. Screws are 4 inches apart and overall height is 8 1/2 inches. Id like a black or bronze finish but am concerned about the handles on the outside becoming unbearably hot in the afternoon sun. I cant find ... (cont.)

Hello, We are looking for a coil spring and metal connecting rod for a kitchen window . We think the window is a Simonton, but we are not sure. The window was installed by Sears in 2003. I have a channel balance that says 1990 FX 30 on it. It's 20" long and 1/2" wide. Any idea what part I need to order to replace it?

There is a stamp on glass itself saying "Tempered etc." see photo. Vinyl-framed glass held in Vinyl door deeper than aluminum doors by these 90 deg. clips. Aluminum bolts are easily found locally.

I lost the key for my sliding door. The brand is Truth Hardware. I d like to replace the cylinder key - if possible - or the entire lock mechanism. I cant figure out what part(s) I need. Can you help out? Thanks, Jim Kelly
