Slide brackets at bottom rusted out. Fasteners totally disintegrated. Bottom of window unsupported and hanging loose on four of 10 windows. Need two channel balances

I am looking for a replacement piece for a Gapco brand window. This piece is inserted into the side of the window frame track channel. It has a mirrored piece on the opposite track channel.

I have an Andersen casement window with a removable grill. Window was built around 1985. Sash is model N3. Do you have the plastic clips that hold the grills in place.

sorry I don't have installed pics. the back side has a pin that goes into the wood and is broken. The top at the screw hole is broken. There was no manufactures ID in window. I need at least 4 of these.

They all look like a Series 351 Channel Balance (in fact they're spot on)... problem is the length of the metal part is 30 5/8" NOT including the plastic caps. They're stamped "30.4". I have 20 year old sliding windows that don't really slide anymore. I believe that if I replace the rollers, they might work well again. Here's photos of the rollers. If you have them, I would order them.

My window crank is missing the housing and will not open the window. When I wind the handle in place it freezes and the window will not open. Can you recommend replacement parts? the only number I can find is on the handle. 7191A8.
