I need to make sure I am ordering the correct replacement balance. Attached are photos of both ends as well as the 16E marking that is on the channel. Can you tell by these photos which parts I will need?

White Iron or some other metal bracket. Mounting holes, bracket to top of door, are two inches apart on center. Mounting base is approximately i/2" by 2 and 3/8 ". My rear drawer track socket and rubber gasket ring for drawer wheel busted and need to be replaced. What are my best options? If I have to replace the drawer slide or even the entire drawer, that's fine too.
