I am installing a used sliding patio door. Marvin I am pretty sure. Outer dimension of jam is 69 5/8" wide.Depth of channel where striker is mounted is 3/8"I need the striker plate to fit this door.Abbott

Hi, This is a pivot show that goes in to the metal bar in the other picture. The top part of the pivot shoe that connects to the metal bar is broken off.

I need 4 of the whatever the part is called in the photos that fastens to the top of the sash and has a phillips screw on the side of the sash. They are plastic. 2 for a left side and 2 for a right side on 2 windows. Also I need two sliding window sash balances for each side of an Alenco up & down ... (cont.)

I have these old andersen window balances that I need to replace and I can't seem to tie the numbers out to the balances available. Any help would be appreciated. It kind of looks like EE 5 23 460 on the part. I need 2 of these I also have a balance that has CC 4 31 67 on it. I need 4 of these. ... (cont.)

This plastic piece screws to the back of the drawer and lines up with the channel in the drawer bottom. Some of it is broken off so I don't know what the entire piece should look like

They measure 1/2" across and the length is 19". The sting on the one balance busted.

These rollers were broken--broken rim of plastic around outside and what looks like broken clips on the ends. No identifying marks on the windows. These from a NuAir window. Best I can tell they are 61-295 for the balance and 61-501 for the bottom bracket & 61-516 for the top bracket. I would like to get 4 replacements assembled and ready to install.

This pivot post broke on an old simonton window I bought through home depot. I don't see one that looks like it. Can I use the new simonton post. If so, will I need another part to go with it.

Looking for rail and hinge set. Rail is 10 inches. Arm that gets screwed to the sash is 7.5 inches. Arm that snaps onto the rail is 5.5 inches.
