I noticed the window metal spring wasn't working on one side when I looked closer I saw this plastic round piece was broken and the metal cam was stuck in the window. Can you help me order some new parts please.

Hello I just had a question regarding what part I need, I am unsure of what option to to pick based off of what we removed. I attached 3 photos of the part we removed. On the part it says 30 4 B.S.I 0L. The metal part we removed is 31'. Just wondering if you can help me understand the option numbers ... (cont.)

Not sure what you call those, but I need to replace. Pictures give you an idea what I'm looking at. Can't figure out how to remove from trac. Any ideas?

Spring on one side of window seems to have broken and coiled up on top of the piece where sash clips into. Does not have a brand sticker on window and was installed about 6 years ago.

Used in bottom of window on the sides as a guide when the window is raised or lowered

Hello, I've recently ordered some drawer/slider guides from you guys...but apparently they are not the correct ones. (Grass Under-mount Slide Locking Device Kit). Do you have anything that looks like this?

I ordered some tilt latches that you recommended, but when I went to replace one, I realized it was the wrong thing. I am sending more pictures showing the window with the broken latch removed.

Hello, I am looking for a similar weatherstripping to what is in the picture and I also made a sketch with approximate dimensions.

I would like to replace the sweep on the shower door. Not sure if all i need is a new rubber gasket or an entire sweep. Also is there a way to replace the gasket around the framed glass door. Mine is molded and looks disgusting to say the least. I have checked here in FL and no one can help me.. ... (cont.)
