My window is Milguard brand. The lower part of the window (the part that moves) is 29 3/4 inches high and 33 1/2 inches wide. My balancers are 27 inches long (measuring metal channel only) and have '26 4 AK CALDWELL' printed on them.

Double hung window with this vertical track in the sliding portion of the window.

Need 2 (left and right) of this part - measures 30" from outermost point on plastic pieces end to end. There is a number stamped on it: 2820B (the B is backwards when reading the number correctly). Last repair needed before closing on a home. Thank you

Hi Mike,I believe you are correct that the 81-081 roller is the correct replacement for yours but with a steel wheel instead of nylon. This roller with a steel wheel will still work for you as long as all fo the dimensions line up but if you prefer to use a nylon wheel, you could replace the wheel i ... (cont.)

I have 8'tall glass doors and the outside part of the set(without the latch)is not exposed. I can't seem to get it out. The outside looks just like the outside part of the 82-002. Is there some way to remove it from the inside of the door frame?

Hi Tom,I believe your pivot shoe has been discontinued, but either of the pivot shoes you choose could work. You will need to make sure the thickness is accurate so that it will fit in the channel. Door says Sunshine Mirrors. Plastic on pin piece broke, replacement parts found in store are too small of a diameter(shown for comparison in 3rd pic.
