I need your help identifying these parts to ensure I order the right parts . There is no spring strength marked. The weight of the sash is 14 lbs

I have 8 windows that have corroded pivot bars. The part disintegrated in many of the windows. Here are pictures of one type of pivot bar that is still intact. The code for this is 28 4 K0 CALDWELL I need to change the piese

The balances on both sides of the window were cracked off. The plastic tabs at each end were broken and could not find the pieces so am not sure if they had wings on the bottom or not. The length is 19" long. I will need to order replacements for both sides.

Brackets are located between draw slates and with out 6600 old rear supports I would have to take cabinets apart. The slide on the back would make it easy to replace. Your friend, hard to reach....

Will this tool work on flat spline? If not, do you carry one that will work on flat spline?

I have an aluminum sliding glass door which the prior owner butchered the door frame where the lock mounts. The lock has nw1720-03 on the inside (the number is off another sliding door) . the frame is 1 inch x 1 7/8 wide by 78 inches long and looks like a u shaped channel

I have two different sizes of windows, double hungs made initially by Weather Shield. Wood sash with vinyl channels and steel balances. Mine are stamped 3230 and 3240.
