Hello, I bought a house that had windows but no info on them. From analyzing the windows, I was able to determine they are Acan from 2010. I am looking for the silver piece detailed in photo 1. As of now, I am not able to raise the window because it won't stay in place.

The lever on the exterior handle of my Sugarcreek storm door (Model 399; installed 10/2006) snapped off so I need a replacement in bright brass. I could find this part At Home Depot but the depth dimension is too shallow. Theirs is 1 3/8" deep and the one I need is 1 3/4 deep. Otherwise they would be a match.

Both window balances are broken They are stamped "IMP 29 DS 38 BS1 BT " The IMP DS and BT arestamped vertically in smaller type. The metal portion is 30" long. Window is about 30# or more and swings in from the bottom when lifted without the balances.What model do I order?James
