24 5 FS Caldwell - stamped label 25" long for metal section 1/2 inch wide across metal part no wings on bottom plastic part

This is from Milgard casement windows product line 032-167. These seals are badly deteriorated and this is best sampl I could obtain. Base extenson appears to be 1/4'' the bulb is so badly damaged I woiuld guess a little larger than 1/4''.

We are interested in replacing some hinges that are broken. The only numbers we have are 30310-1102 and PA 66K. Kent and Carole

What type of replacement roller does this type of door require?

My window length is 58" Spring length 15" Spring bottom to string top length 48"

I have several sliding glass Norco doors. I took the door out, cleaned and lubricated the rooler assembly and they work much better but the wheel bearings are not good. I would like to replace the roller assembles. I am hoping you have a match.
