Hi, I have several windows from Great Lakes Company. On two of them the vent locks are no longer functioning -- they can be pressed in but don't stay in. Do you have replacement parts for those? Overall length is 1 5/8 inches, width is about 6/8 inch.

This balance broke would like to replace both sides the window weighs 25# can you tell me what I need?My window is 45 1/2 inches wide and 29 1/4 inches tall. It weighs 25pounds. The balance rod in the picture is 28 inches long and? 5/8 wide.Thanks Olaf.

This part is from a 2001 year Crestline crank out window. It is the part at top and bottom that slides in the window frame. We have two of these brackets that snapped off so that there is no loner a channel for he locking rod. BF Rich as you doubtless know went out of business in 2017. Do you have a replacement part that would work?
