I can't quite make out the part number. It might be W8713. The part connects the grid and the window frame looks longer like oval and not round shape. The round part that goes into the window frame is around 3/16. Can you identify? Thanks

Stamped on the part are the following numbers: 40471 on base plate; 30470 L.H. Entry Gard Truth on the long straight arm; 20810 and L30841 on the bent arms. There are 5 screw holes.

Hard for me to tell, but I'm wondering if upper and lower sash have the same pivot lock shoes. Each sash has insulated glass (two panes)and is very, very heavy. When lock shoes are broken or spiral balance is worn out the sashes become very dangerous to one's fingers.

There's no names or numbers on the door that i can see but i believe its an anderson door. I'm looking for the metal or aluminum plate mechanism that is inside of door that attaches to the I shape latch.
