Hello, I have to replace an internal tilt latch, and simply cannot find a replacement (external or internal), that will work with my window. My problem is the actual latch that clips into groove is at the very top of the latch, and there is only on groove in the frame that fits the latch at this s ... (cont.)

Hi there. I have some really, really old patio doors where the glass retainer strips around the window panes is coming out (on one door, they're all completely gone!). These are aluminum, and I suspect not made anymore. The windows are double-pane and really heavy.
