Hi, I need to replace the spiral balances on our Better Bilt windows. To gain access to the balances, there are 2 plastic stops at the top of the windows, which are easily removable. We have lost the plastic parts for the Loewen window pictured attached. The part is part of the extension mechanism that allows the window to be pushed out. There are 2 parts, one attaches to the window and the other attaches to the push out arm. We would like to order 4 sets of these. Can you h ... (cont.)

I am reading you no longer carry model S850-28 28.5" Series 850 Crossbow Balance with 1 1/4" width. I read where Paul had suggested to order the 795 Channel Balance with 28C option. The sizes don't add up so is this accurate to order in replace of the 850 crossbow balance??

Looking for some hardware parts old, maybe 30-40 yrs. seems to be missing some sort of retaining nut with the threads on the outside and holds the drive piece in.

This weather stripping is from a Andover double hung window. It measures 5/8 and the tee part is 1/4 inch and 1/8 thick. The tee snaps into the bottom side of the window.
