Hello,Unfortunately, We can't replace any kind of framing and the manufacturer would have to help you in this situation. For a temporary repair, you may be able to use some auto body putty over the broken area to seal it and prevent further damage. Thanks for posting!

I believe the windows were built by Better Built Windows. I think these only came with one roller but there is room for two. Your item number 87-183 looks to be the right roller assembly. Linda

I need one of these for a millgard window. This is the part attached to the window by a screw. This catches the channel balance against the window.

Need new balancer shoes and the complete balancers for 30" and 36". The windows have a firm clip on bottom that goes into the indented balancer rod.
