I purchase a replacement crank 39-187 as you can see by the photo the window does not close all the way. Comparing it to the old crank the piece from the housing to the swivel joint is longer. Do have a replacement that you can recommend?

Looks a little different but dimensions seem to match the 26-317. Sound correct?

I think I figured out that MAXIM MULTI-POINT LOCK, MEDIUM SLIDER, product code 38-095 is the correct part? All measurements do add up. I'd just like to make sure before I order. If this is the right part, I am going to order more than one of them, just in case! Thank you.

Attached are photos of the weather stripping that I need for 10 windows. There are 4 - 26" pieces per window. The plastic base is 0.25" wide. Your roller assembly shows resemblances to our 81-018. Review all the measurements, especially the diameter of the wheels, and see if these will work in place of your current set.

We have Andersen windows, and the crank just turns without catching when we try to open the windows. We bought new handles but that didn't work, so we think it's the crank. How can I figure out what replacement parts may be needed?
