I have a multi-point lock on a casement window. The lever has broken off the window lock piece and the window is locked. I can't crank it open to replace any broken parts. How do I get the window to open? Thanks Bob

Need to find a replacement for missing window balance bar for one side of window. The bar on other side is 34 inches long and is exactly 1/2 inch wide. Cannot see ends of bar. Only the gray metal part is broken. The opposite handle (black) says Sash Control Inc and PT 1963. There is also a lever mechanism that fits under the gray handle to set the latch. Some other colors might be OK especially black.
