I can pull these springs up with my finger. My window doesn't stay up. Does that mean the springs are women out. Thank you, Henry

Need to know what coil goes in that clip And I'm not too sure about how much weight is the window etc. you ask how much 3 pounds 4 lbs. 5 pounds

It appears you have either a series 380 or series 385 balance.The difference between the series 380 and series 385 lies in the shoe.The series 385 balance has the 15-004 shoe which is slightly larger from front to back, as illustrated.If you measure your shoe as it is pictured here, you should be ab ... Looking for hinge replacement

I need several strips of this product. No manufacturing markings of any kind on the windows installed new in 1999.

The springs appear to be stainless and have 5# printed on them. The windows are SH vinyl in Nashville,TN and they do not have any name on them. The house was built in 2002 and these are new construction windows. There are 13 windows so i need 13 RH and 13 LH pieces. Thank you!
