The exterior handle has a threaded sleeve that attaches the screws from the inside handle. One sleeve is broken. Center line is 3.937. Sliding door is SGD-R20-96X96 / SERIES 870 / AAMA. Thanks ! Dan

Missing just one of these guys. There should be one on each side on the window frame to engage the ballast.
