I have a double pained, double hung window that suffered a broken coil spring. The spring is 3/4 inches wide, and the window is about 30 x 30. It is a Certainteed window installed about 20 years ago. Thanks in advance, Dave Hope

We have two of these brackets that snapped off so that there is no loner a channel for he locking rod. BF Rich as you doubtless know went out of business in 2017. Do you have a replacement part that would work?

I need two hinges for a Philips window on a 1989 Aljo Aly travel trailer. The part has the label "Philips 3000L" on it. I'm attaching a picture that show the broken hinge above and an intact hinge below.

Have large heavy windows, on a high floor in a condo. None of them open very easily and am reluctant to remove them as I may not be able to easily put them back in. Hoping to be able to order the right parts and only take them down once.
