The pivot show or lock on the channel balance of a couple of vinyl double hung replacement windows are broken and the inside windows won't stay open. I need to replace them and could use some help securing the correct channel balance plus instructions. Can you assist?

Need help identifying Sash guide. There is a left and right guide opposite hand. The channel where the mounting screw is located is just over 5/8" wide. The overall height of the remaining part is just over 5/8"
