Need vinyl window parts for Farley and PGT windows

My acorn. Dorsal must need new rollers as we can hardly open it. Are they available?

What information off the old window do I need to purchase the correct sash balance?

Hello there! I have one side of a double hung sash with a busted balance assembly. The window sash is 22.9 lbs in weight. The balance has the following printed on it: 26 4 KV CMC 9 Pictures attached! Top piece is partially broken off. No markings or numbers. Channel Length is 31 inches

First picture shows pivot shoe side view and pivot shoe installed in vinyl jam. 2nd picture shoes pivot shoe top view and same pivot shoe in vinyl jam. The pivot shoe is 3 and 3/8 inches long, 1/2 inch deep and 7/16 inch wide.

Each slider is stamped with either 2390T-B.S.I.-25 or 2390T-B.S.I.-26. The metal housing is 24 in. long, 9/16 in. wide, 5/8 in. deep. The lower pulley end has a winged shoe, the top has no wings and tapers at a 45* angle. I am thinking these may be 24" Series 350 sliders, but would like to confirm. ... (cont.)

Metal portion is 29" and stamped into the metal towards the bottom is "28B"

I have Pella doors installed in 2001. THey are hard to roll and i am looking for replacement rollers. Writing on the glass: CTG Tempered 16 FR 1201 II SGCC 1805 5/32U IGCC CBA GMAC CIG-23-01 Is this enough or do you need more info? Thanks John
