We purchased Coradco Doors and windows almost 15 years ago and our slider door looks do not work. I need a replacement.

My widows are 21 years old. The plastic clips that hold the screens in place have broken over the years.. They have broken down I guess from the sun etc. It is very frustrating. Based on all the information you provided and photos you show, you may need to go with our S390-28 channel balance with a 2730 option that holds a sash weight of 13-19 pounds. Hello, I need to replace two "14 3 FQ Caldwell" Channel balance, photo attached. The length of the current balance is 15". The sash weights about 10.5 lb. I'd appreciate if you could recommend a match one from your product. Thank you. Jonathan

I have Malta Double Hung window that the balances need repair. Picture C31C03CF.JPG shows the S-Hook has rusted out. I think Item 19-029 Short S-Clip might work attaching the springs to bottom of the jamb liner. The top of the balance has a roller system that guides the sash cords. The sash cords a ... (cont.)

The length of the channel balance is 27". The non-tilt window weighs 24 pounds. The foot is 1-1/16" The channel balance has "26 4 JQ CALDWELL" printed on one side. Window was installed in 1998.

Can I see some photos of this balance? It's hard to tell exactly which you need. Series 795 sounds vaguely similar, but who knows?

Window is Milgard, manufactured around 1984, aluminum frame, non-tilt. Metal channel length is 21" long. Not many markings on the part, only the "20 D" and what looks like "3.S.I." shown in the picture.

I have non-tilting milgard window that needs new channel balancer. According to the tag on the window, I have mfgr: mil-027-4 series: 1510-S mst: 4-0 x 6-0 mvt: 47" x 36" when I took out the balancer, it shows 32 4 HQ CALDWELL stamped on it. can you please let me know which channel balancer I should ...
