I need a replacement metal hinge strip (attaches the door to the door frame using 3 pins and 3 hinges) for a Comfort Built c02-08 storm door (purchased Fremont door at Lowes). Do you know where to find this replacement part.

You can check out the Pella 39-109B, but I'm not familiar with your part number, so I'm not sure what to recommend. Compare the parts to see if you can use ours. If not, send a photo of the handle.

I am trying to find a replacement vinyl window part, a thumb button for tilt in vinyl window. The windows are Polytex 3500 series. The part (see photos) size is 2 inches by 3/4 inch, and the broken clip part on the bottom of the part is 1/2 inch wide; I'm not sure of the length of the broken off arm ... (cont.)

Our window balances need to have the attached part replaced. Is it possible to find a replacement (preferably metal). Plastic breaks too easy but if that all that is available I would purchase the plastic ones.Cathy

Need replacement tilt latches for 10 year old FARLEY windows. The catch on these latches is one blade, not a double. I cannot find a replacment that fits anywhere. Can you help?

This came from a late model vinyl window. The nylon cord broke. Its 20in long. The window is a non tilt window. Size is 47.5 x 29.5. The stamp says 19 - 4 caldwell , hopefully you can see it in the pic.
