I'm looking for replacement parts for vinyl window top tilt latch. The housing of the latch measures 2 3/8" X 11/16" X 3/8"

Need replacement tilt latches for 10 year old FARLEY windows. The catch on these latches is one blade, not a double. I cannot find a replacment that fits anywhere. Can you help?

This came from a late model vinyl window. The nylon cord broke. Its 20in long. The window is a non tilt window. Size is 47.5 x 29.5. The stamp says 19 - 4 caldwell , hopefully you can see it in the pic.

I have 26 year old Sunair aluminum framed windows. I want to replace the side mount channel balances, are 34" in length and a 1/2" wide. I have an Andersen balance with a stamp 516 8-37 7-86. can you tell me which part to use? Also, this is the smallest of the windows. The are 2 medium sized windows and 2 larger windows. Any idea what balances these could be? Thank you!

I'd like to replace the channel balances for a non-tilt window, but the balances have no stamp. Attached are photos of the plastic ends. The sliding window is 10 pounds. Hoping this is enough information for you to go on, and thanks for any guidance.

Balance is 29" long metal only. Channel width is .5 inch inside and .59 inch outside. channel depth is .5 inch inside and .53 inch outside. Sent a picture of top and bottom guides with measurements. What is the name of the part that is screwed to the top corner of the window that mates with the top of the balance sash? Many of ours are wearing out, and the balance sash jumps up and the window crashes down.
