The stripping is broken from the bottom of each window. The grove that fits in the window is broken; however, he is trying to hold it best as he can. It appears that it may be a 187 T Slot, not sure.

Greetings! I have a Philips window that need new channel balances. The current part is 1/2" wide and metal part is 26" long. Written on the spine is "25. 4. FO CALDWELL". Can you perhaps help me with the correct replacement part? Thanks in advance! Rick

Looking for a track

The lock screw spacing is 5-1/2" center to center. I cannot find any similar. This is an exterior sliding patio door. I cannot find the original manufacturer either.

I have been advised to use the subject balance to replace the Series 850. Also to use an 26-021 pivot bar which differs from my current pivot bar. My current bar inserts into the bottom frame and has predrilled holes that match. Please see attachment and advise.

Outer plastic tube is 9/16" diameter and 29" long. Balance is coiled metal with blue tip (sash weighs 16 lbs). Length from top end of balance is 28&1/4" - but length measured from screw hole is 28". I am trying to find replacements for the entire assembly. I have measured the metal part and it is 29".(that did not include the plastic ends) The only number I see stamped on it is the 2830X. I would greatly appreciate any help in ordering these parts. Thank you!

Hi, I tried to up load the photos on your find the part site but , it was not working.I have a Certainteed Devon white vinyl window.It was installed in 1995.Both tilt latches are broken.The latch is almost 3" long and 3/4" wide.Do you have a matching latch?Thank you,John B

The cast (zinc?) housing is cracked. The threaded retainer will not keep the worm gear assy in place. No ID seen except on handle 45054 and 13. Need a new operator assembly thats white. Can you help? Might be a truth product.Made in 1995. thanks Rick
