Unfortunately the storm windows are too old to have any remaining markings on them. The issue is a broken guide at the top corner of the window that prevents the window from being stored securely or moved in/out or up/down.

Hi, I need to get a window balancer and am trying to identify which one it is. There is a 20 40 FA Caldwell printed on the side. I can narrow down based off look and how the top/bottom are built, but how do I determine which series this is? Like S350, S351, etc. Thanks!

need to this size fuzzy strip on some windows. do you have and probably need other sizes for screens. every window seems to need something as I install my ac units. the window tool works excellent and I think I can now fix the shoes and lifts.

I have 20 Harcar windows that were installed in my home in 1992. They are non-tilt out single hung (only the bottom moves). The photos show the balancer for about 9 of the windows. Do you have the required parts for these? Also, do i need to replace the black plastic part on the top of the window? ... (cont.)

I have a Milgard single lift window, non tilt. The metal channel is 15 in long. Inside channel is 0.5" wide and 9/16" deep. It is marked with the number 1430 with an additional marking next to it with "B.S.I". The windows are old, should I order a set and replace the non-broken one also? What par ... (cont.)
