your pivots measure 1.125' total lenght. the ones i have measured the way are 1.250.1/8' longer. do you have longer ones.let me know if yours will work or if you have # for longer ones

The spiral balance for my window is 31 inches long and has a black tip. I did not see any black tipped balances on your site. Can you advise me what to do? Norm R

Two weeks ago, we noticed our lower sash would no longer stay up. Last week, the upper sash came crashing down. The window didn't break (fortunately!), but it looks like all 4 sash balances need to be replaced. The number I found on the balance tubes is 26F RA. The "F" I'm guessing is the spring we ...
