Hi, the balance I need, looks like the 385 series. STAMPED ON THE BALANCE NOW: 29 3 BSI TE I neglected to measure the length of the balance, but the sash is 31 1/2" tall. Is this enough info to order (hopefully)? It's a long drive back to get length. THANK YOU! Eric.

Hi, looking for Anderson sash balances for our double hung Anderson windows. The existing balance appears to have "725" among its numbers. The window glass on the lower sash measures 28-7/16" x 19-15/16". Which balances do you recommend?
