This is a hinge that is on a custom built entertainment cabinet. It has a 165A45 mark on it as well as JFH. I have purchased three different hinges and brought them home only to find they do not fit correctly The holes on the face plate are about 9/16 of an inch apart.

I am not sure what is the manufacturer. It woulb be great if you could find it.

Looking to replace coil balance and pivot shoe, but unsure what parts are compatible. Seems like this particular setup is either discontinued, or just hard to find.

The balance in my existing windows do not resemble anything on your website. It appears to consist of a spring that is attached to a clip that is directly embedded into the window jam and a plastic shoe at the other end of the spring. Need help identifying replacement casement operators. Only number I could find is Truth 31858. I have attached photos of operator removed and operator currently installed on similar window. Bought a Window Dyad Crank #39-090 from you. The metal pieces measure 5" and 3". The one I bought is 5" and 5". Didn't realize the difference. Just thought 5" was the one. I don't see another part with those measurements. Can you help identify the correct part so I can switch it? ... (cont.)
