I have a quanex vinyl sliding door I would to replace the non key lock with external key lock.

Have a PGT patio door with a broken handle. It is a regular handle no key lock the screw hole is 3 15/16 apart but the plate on the handle measures 10 inches and the curve on the handle measures 8 3/4 inches

hello, I am a homeowner. the tilt latches of 2 separate windows are broken. are the replacement parts you sell universal? my window locks are by "HARVEY" if so will it be fairly easy to install the latches and vent lock if I do it myself? Thanks very much for your expert advice.

Has the following on top of carrier: Truth, Entry Guard 20755 Window sash is 18 1/2 inches. Photo is of window opening to left from inside, but I need one opening to right. That one is inaccessible for photos until I get ready to replace.

Latch does not respond properly to handle. When I removed the lock a small spring fell out of which one of the hooks at end of spring is broken. Measurements etc make me believe part 82-218 is the right replacement. Is there a spring mechanism in that lock ? I am assuming that I can just use the ... (cont.)

No name brand to be found on these windows anywhere. I need a vent latch but as you can see there's only about a half inch of space. I'm afraid if I drill into this area I may hit glass. Need help identifying balances for PGT window where window is about 47" wide x 61" high. Stamped on balance is 29 5 IW CMC 11 as shown in one of the four attached pictures. I placed an order for 4 27" SERIES 385 CHANNEL BALANCE in option 2630 and tried them on one of my windows.
