i believe the part# is: GUARDIAN CARLETON, MICH ANSI Z97.1-1984 SAFETY TEMPERED SGCC 933/ I/8U it was a little difficult to read as the tag was old and faded and backwards... hopefully we can find a replacement that would fit

My windows baloancers dont hold, string balancers are broken. Mod# K7 827 1-88. I wasnt able to find an exact match at your site, please recommend the repalcement, 3 windows, both L and R balancers, pics atatched.

I am looking for the correct Andersen Sash balance part number to order.

There are 2 identical on my window. One on each side. They both have a 15 printd on the case (see photo). I tried to use my ruler and mat to give idea of size. I do not have any photos of them installed. Any help is appreciated. Bruce

It look like I I have a vinyl double-hung window that won't stay open. I took a picture of the piece that is good on one of the windows that does stay open. I am trying to identify what replacement part would be needed to get the window to open, stay open and close properly.

this is a handle from a vinyl gliding patio door. the manufacter is Tempco but they went out of buisness do you have one that would meet these specs mainly the screw holes and the lock cylinder.

My lock (the non working one) is the grey/silver tone lock. The replacement lock from Swisco is the (brass/goldtone one) You can see the brass/goldtone lock has extra metal as pointed out by my red arrow. The Swisco lock will not fit in my door and I really need a new lock..one that matches the o ... (cont.)
