The handle is broken

Hi, I'm a new homeowner and I want to replace the bottom track on the sliding door. It is quite damaged and hard to move. I have searched in multiple locations for the exact type of door or manufacturer and the only result code I get is: CIG 03 98 11.3.

I need to identify this pivot lock shoe. It is 1 1/4" wide 2" tall and 17/32" thick

The locking mechanism on this door is getting stuck in the lock position. It seems like it may be that the small square button is not getting depressed all the way which releases the locking mechanism.

Hello, I have a Window World (Alsip) double hung window from 2012, and both coil balances are broken on the bottom sash. The only numbers that I can find anywhere is 5K on the end of the spring, and 11 on the coil cover. The pivot mechanisn is 1 1/4" wide and 1/2" thick.
