Looking for rod balance the string is missing off the one in the photo

Both latches on this window have broken and trying to find replacements. Only identifier is the label on the photo submitted but I don't see any manufacturer name.

My window tilt latches are old and breaking apart. The bottom has come apart and the springs fall out. I have included 3 pics to help identify the actual part if you can please help.Thank you,Kim
