I need to replace the sliding glass door tandem rollers. Approximate age is 30 years. length: 3-1/8; height: 1-1/4; width: 5/8. No markings on rollers but the door shows MFGR: PHP-032-4/ SERIES: 870. ID NO PHP1295/U30-52/SGB.

I have a NEWPRO window that needs a couple pivot shoes. As you can see by the attached picture it shows one that the shoe is good and has the spiral balance assemble attend to it. I started having issues with one of the windows in my home staying open and then not wanting to close all the way.
