Hello, I have these old style latches on my windows. They are leaf spring loaded and latch /lock in place on the bottom part of the sash/window frame when the window is closed. Do you carry them or recomend a suitable replacement?

But I also have some rather degraded Top Sash Cam guides (Black) The white ones pictured are replacements and seem somewhat new-ish.
