CHANNEL BALANCE Marking: 34 4 CALDWELL GM Channel width 0.55

Just placed an order for new Top Sash Guides for PGT windows. Thinking I may also need a new channel balance for at least one window. Can you confirm my guestimation? My alenco Vinyl 7000 Series White Nu-Wall IG Clear were installed throughout my house in 2000. I need to reglaze a 6020 Eyebrow 7001N window. I need four of these for PGT single hung windows that the glass actually measures 32" wide and 34 1/2" high. Obviously the frame is slightly larger (34x37). The house was built around 2001. Thank you

The handle from our locking patio door has broke/come off and it will not be functional again because the holes in which the screws are in are wore through larger than the screws.
