Do you have a replacement piece that is similar to the one in the picture? I find that this piece is wrapped around the spiral balance rod and appears to keep it in place. We currently have spiral tilt windows in our household.

You state they can be used for c4, 5, 6 and 9, will they not work with C7?

Can not tell from the pictures on your site which balance I need part S380 or S385. My original part has the stamp 32 4 AN Caldwell. Thank you for your help.

Hi, there is no brand on my window (50" W x 60" H), but something referring to "Keystone", and model 1000SH about glass, etc. I need this part/spring and 2 white plastic pieces. All that is stamped on the spring is 28F. Please let me know if you have, or can help me. Thanks! Diane ... (cont.)

1)This window part is located at the top of the lower window. I'm not sure but I think it holds the channel balance down. Can you help with a replacement part.

Long story short I have a crank cover that is for a window that opens the opposite direction. Is there anyway I could purchase just a new cover for my crank? I would ship back the cover I have (never used) Thank you, Doug

The handle has broken and has been removed. So I don't have an old one to look at. Can you tell by the pic of the door which handle would be the correct fit? Thanks
