I am looking for a tie down bolt that will hold a church pew front to the floor. Your 80-027 security safety lock would be great if it had a threaded end that could screw into a shield in the tile floor. Do you have any other products that would do this? Let me know. Thanks Peter ... (cont.)

I've replace some balances in my house with a previous order. The S380-29 2840 were the parts I needed to replace the 28D balances. Now I need to replace 28G, but I do not see an S380-29 2870. The window weighs 39 pounds. Do you offer this balance with a 2870 option?

I could not find any numbers on rollers or on the door itself. The door is in a Manufactured home built in 1993. The measurements I took are as follows: 15/16 thick, 2 9/16 long and 1 3/8 tall.

I got the top screw out but cannot get the bottom screw out, it unscrews but won't come out, like there is some kind locking mechanism preventing the screw out
