Hello. I need to replace the spiral balances on one of my tilt windows. The current ones measure 3/8 Dia x 28-1/2". Unfortunately I do not see anything other than even inch length in your catalog. Do I have any options? Thanks in advance. Lester

Because of the above the window is very difficult to get out for cleaning and even more difficult to replace. Are parts available or can you offer a alternate solution?
