I have Winstrom 300 D. H. windows.I am looking to replace the plastic stops that keep the bottom window from opening only so far.

I'm doing a repair job of several windows. The existing sash balance is a 32 3 CO Caldwell, and I was planning to replace it with the 33" 385 series. I don't know the weight of the sash. Is there a way of knowing which stamp option I should choose based on these numbers? Thanks. Mike ... (cont.)

Hello, I am looking at the Series 900 Spiral Balance and I need to know what color tip you would recommend. - window sash weights 18 lbs, - the spiral balance is 3/8 in and its 28inches long. Thanks in advance! James
