Purchased Hurd windows in 2007. The dealer is no longer in business. I need a shoe balance for this window. The number on window is very hard to read. I came up with number RLE-WS-5. Any help you can give me will be very helpful. Thank you.

I have a window channel balance with "26 4 FU CMC 2" marking in it. The metal part measures 27" in length and 28" tip to tip with the plastic parts. what can I replace this with and can I also buy extra cords for it? need to replace window balances in a double hung window

On the casement window itself there is a small 2 and 1/2 wide piece (2 screws) with a double notch that locks the window. That piece is broken. Can you help identify for me? The crank locking mechanism attaches to this piece and locks the casement window THANK YOU

I have an Andersen wood window that needs a right side balance. The only numbers I see on it are, C29 6#31 4-86 Can you tell me which balance I need? Thanks

I found the following on one of the balance boxes. E-46-9131-0-86. Numbers are rusty but I think OK. Number in lower corner of one set of windows is MC09-LO-XI. IN another set MC-LO-XJ. Let's see if we can fingure this out. Let me know if this helps and what else you m ay need.

I need to replace Caldwell 29 3 ER channel balances. Your 380 series appears to be the closest match but your 15-005 shoe measures 1" deep and the shoe on my balance is only 29/32" deep. Is that difference likely to prevent me from getting the sash reinstalled?

Hello, I'm wondering if it is possible to get a replacement hinge for a 36x80 screen door, registration # 08289694802-317. This door was installed in 1987 and now needs rollers because it bumps ad grinds when opened and closed. Do you have the parts for this doorwall? Many thanks, Steve
