I found the following two parts for my windows: 27" Series 377 Channel Balance & Take Out Clip I need the plastic clips that are screwed on the window sides which are broken on my window, these plastic clips stop the "channel balance" from coming off, I can't find those on your web site, can I send ... The picture of 87-007 was perfect but the problem is my roller is only 1/2 the size. Its only 1/4 inch wide,5/16 high, 1 inch long. I was closing my window recently, and I heard a snap and plastic pieces flew everywhere. It looks like the balance mechanism is a spring with a plastic tube around it.
