Hi, I'm looking for a replacement part for two casement operators. Attached are pictures of the operators for the right window, and there is a mirror version for the left window.If you could tell me the right replacement part number that would be incredibly usefull! thanks Florent ... (cont.)

2 cabinet drawers broke. Custom built by original home owner in 1970. The plastic piece noted above is broke. It mounts to back of cabinet and holds single metal bar that drawer slides along. Hoping to find parts to just fix drawers.

Needing to replace the shoe brake/pivot for a Simonton DH. Labels indicate window is a: SERIES: 07 - 09 / 75 - 75 DH H - LC25 - 52x71

I believe my window balance setup is a Simonton. My window coil balance is stamped with - 10J. It's a single coil balance. The bottom half of the double hung window weighs 17 lbs. I'm unsure which coil weight to use as I don't see one for 17 lbs. Thank you,

Can you help me identify this balance assembly? The coil has an eight stamped on it. The sash dimensions are 18 1/2" x 30 1/4. The coil springs appear to be ok. 3 out of the 4 pivot shoes are broken for this double sash window.

I have a Series 210/220/230/320/325/410/415 pair of doors with a top track, but no bottom rack. The doors measure a total of 48" wide and approx 80" tall. Top track measures 48" ---- can you help me locate a bottom track part soI can order? Thank for your help
